How do I renew my web hosting plan / services?

Our entire web hosting packages is on a recurring billing cycle. This means that on your anniversary date Sa-Za will automatically issue an invoice to the admin email address on file. Following the invoice, you will receive an invoice link you will use this link to make your payments.

If you would like to change your contract term (i.e. from monthly billing to annual billing); please send an email from your client area with your domain name, the billing term you would like to be on. Once this information is received & verified, the term on your hosting account will be adjusted. Please note that term adjustments only take hold at the end of your current term.
